                      Manipur today confirmed 11 more covid-19 cases, taking the tally to 20. Of the 11 positive cases, 10 are returnees from Chennai while the one is a returnee from Guwahati, a report said. The 10 patients are from Churachandpur district while the Guwahati returnee is from Imphal East, the report said.

 Yesterday, the state recorded two more covid-19 positive cases, a 64-year-old woman and her daughter aged 23 years. The two patients hail from khongjal village under Phungyar in kamjong district. The duo arrived at Mao gate on May 16. The mother-daughter duo patients went to Delhi in February for treatment. With today’s 11 confirmed cases, the state has recorded 20 covid-19 cases. Of this, 18 are active and two have been discharged or cured.
