Stern Action Against The Spread of Unauthenticated Information In The Media: Mubi

              

          Jiribam Superintendent of Police, M Mubi today warned that stern action will be initiated against those people who spread unauthenticated information in the media. He appealed that the media should publish only the factual news. Speaking to media in his chamber, Mubi further appealed to the pressmen to extend support and cooperate with the steps taken up by Jiribam police department and Jiribam administration to fight the covid-19 pandemic. He also urged all stranded people coming to Jiribam railway station to strictly follow government guidelines.  The SP said that buses and food packets for the returnees have been arranged and that they should all undergo screening. He warned that that strict action will be taken up against those who harm migrant workers in the district.
