HACKERS ARE DEMANDING RANSOM IN BITCOIN





                 Hackers have demanded a ransom in Bitcoin after a cyber attack on an organization associated with Corona Medical. They demanded a ransom of 800,000(8 LAKH) in cryptocurrency or virtual currency Bitcoin. It is also known that the information was leaked on the black market of the web without

Kent Commercial Services (KCS) has been providing security equipment to government agencies in the crisis in Corona. The UK-based company is owned by Kent County Council.


KCS has assured their customers that no taxpayer's personal data has been stolen. No ransom was paid to the hackers. Apart from this, data protection advice has also been given to the organization, said the Information Commission. KCS chief executive John Barr said: "They attacked with special males." Hackers broke into the company's network with a phishing email and reportedly stole business and corporate data.

As a result, it took the company four weeks to restore the network by protecting data. It will take another two weeks to fully ensure its protection. The cyber attack took place on April 2.
