MANIPUR’S COVID-19 TALLY MOUNTS TO 85 AFTER TWO CASES REPORTED
Two more people have
tested positive for COVID-19 in the state, taking the tally to 85 today. The
two—one female and one male-- tested positive at the virus research and
diagnostic laboratory, VRDL of RIMS, Imphal last night, according to Dr Khoirom
shasheekumar mangang, additional director and spokesperson, health department,
manipur. The female patient aged 50 belongs to Imphal west and is a Mumbai
returnee. While the 26 year-old male patient is from Thoubal district who
recently returned from Delhi. They have been shifted to RIMS COVID care
facility. Their condition is stated to be stable. Now, the coronavirus active
cases in the state stand at 74 as 11 have been recovered and discharged.
